The purchase price payable by the winning bidder shall be the sum of the final bid plus a buyers premium of 23%. Purchases are subject to 6.75% North Carolina Sales Tax except when a valid resale certificate has been furnished and verified valid by Golden Oldies, no later than 1 day prior to the auction. Please submit your resale certificate to carlaz@goldenoldiesltd.com prior to placing any bids. Golden Oldies reserves the right to reject any bid, as well as the right to refuse to acknowledge any bidder. The highest bidder acknowledged by Golden Oldies will be the purchaser.
