in the name of God we will do and succeed 1. Bahroz (hereinafter "the company") operates as an affiliate on behalf of the sellers of the items offered for auction. 2. The company will produce a catalog before each auction in which the descriptions of the items, their pictures and opening prices will be presented. The descriptions in the catalog are for informational purposes only and, according to the auction house's understanding, there is no warranty in them regarding description, attribution, previous owners, period, origin or any other data. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify these details as he wishes. 3. The company reserves the right to cancel or add items for sale or to change data regarding an item offered for sale received after the catalog has been printed. 4. All the items presented in the sale were presented to the public in a preview and the interested party must examine the items himself, submitting his offer in writing or at the sale, he hereby waives all claims and answers regarding the nature or condition of the item. 5.. The sale manager reserves the right to prevent participation in the sale from people who are not interested in their participation. 6. The sale manager has the exclusive authority to determine who won the sale, to cancel the sale of any item (even after it has been sold), or to put it up for sale again. 7. The company will represent free of charge customers who have been excluded or who are not interested in participating in the sale in real time. These customers will be asked to fill out the "quote form" that appears in the sale catalog or on the company's website by the day of the sale. For the avoidance of doubt, any act and/or omission in connection with such representation shall not impose any kind of liability on the company and/or those acting under its authority. 8. Customers who wish to participate in the sale through the phone call, are requested to contact in advance and as soon as possible for coordination. We will call the customers in real time when the sale of the item starts in the hall 9. The sale will be conducted in US dollars. The payment for the items will be paid in new shekels according to the representative rate of the Bank of Israel on the day of the sale (the highest rate on the day of the sale). A fixed commission of 23% will be added to the sale amount and a 17% VAT will be added to the commission of the auction house (which was previously presented as 23%), a foreign resident will be exempt from VAT upon presentation of a national ID card or a driver's license indicating the location of his residence. 10. Payment methods: cash, check (possession of the items will be handed over subject to payment), bank transfer, credit cards up to 2 payments (credit cards of foreign residents with an additional 3.4%) and PayPal with an additional 5% to the total purchase. 11. For an item purchased and the customer decides to return it without a justified reason (see section 12 below), the auction house can legally charge a fee of 20% of the item's value. 12. Unjustified reason - any reason except a wrong catalog of the item. 13. The buyer undertakes to take possession of the item he purchased and to complete his payment obligations no later than 7 days from the date of sale, handing over possession of the item will only be done after the buyer has completed all of his payment obligations. 14. The purchaser of any item, whether for himself or for another person, undertakes to pay for the items and their collection. The sales manager has the authority to take all the measures he sees fit in order for the buyer to fulfill his obligation, including canceling the sale, selling the item to another, charging the buyer for the expenses incurred by the sales manager. 15. The winning buyer has the right to obtain in writing from the company regarding its originality and condition and this no later than 30 days from the date of sale. If it is proven to the company that there was indeed an error in the information provided regarding the item, the company will return to the winning buyer the amount paid against the return of the item to its possession. If the company has followed the aforementioned procedure, the buyer will not have any additional claims and/or demands against it. 16. An item paid for and not collected within one month from the date of payment. An auction house in Roz may put the product up for resale or sell it directly on the site or in the auction house store or in general. 17. The auction house is not responsible for product loss or product breakage or other damage from the item's departure in any form of delivery (Israel Post, DHL, FEDEX, private courier on behalf of the buyer or any delivery company). 18. Shipping within the borders of the Land of Israel and outside its borders. The packaging materials will be delivered weighed at the total shipping price
