Terms 1. By Participating in auction, all items are SOLD-AS-IS and NO Refund. No warranty or representation of merchantability of any other kinds. All sales are final. We do not accept return & refund. 2. No guarantee of authenticity and/or provenance. Reasonable effort have been done to correctly describe items to be sold, however, there is no warrant the correctness of authorship, period, source, origin, authenticity, measurement. No statement shall be deemed such a warranty or representation of merchantability of any other kind, express or implied, or assumption of liability. Buyers are encouraged to examine all items to be sold and to determine its condition, size, and whether or not it has been repaired or restored. The fact that damages, repairs, restorations, or other defects are described for certain items, does not mean that all defects to such items are described or that similar conditions do not exist with respect to other items although not noted. Such descriptions are not intended to negate the conditions of sale. Neither the Auction house, nor the consignor, is responsible for the accuracy of printed or verbal descriptions or its authenticity. 3. Please Bid with awareness. Due to the specialty and uniqueness of art work, inquiries about images and videos of lots are welcome and can be acquired before auction/hammer down. After hammer down, successful biding are considered as full acknowledgement of quality, age and provenance of lots. 4. By placing a bid, the bidder specifically agrees that bidder will not file a dispute or chargeback of any kind with an online venue, a credit card, or any other third-parties. Bidder specifically waives the right to initiate a credit card chargeback dispute on any basis of claim and agrees that bidder will pay costs (minimum fee upon determined, plus hourly charge) for any such chargeback dispute opened, due to the severe administrative burden of such disputes and their direct violation of the dispute provisions above. Bidder shall be responsible for all costs of collection, including court costs and reasonable attorney's fees. The bidder entirely agrees to the dispute resolution specified in terms as the bidder's SOLE means to resolve any and all disputes which may arise with Our Auction house. 5. If buyer fails to complete the payment within 15 days after invoice, we reserves the right to dispute the unpaid item and cancel the transaction, and charge liquidated damages up to 30% of bid price as buyer's penalty. 6. Bidding on an item indicates your understanding and acceptance of these Terms of Sale. If a purchaser breaches any of these Terms of Sale, including the obligation to pay for purchased items, remedies under the law including canceling the sale and reoffering the property will be pursued.
