All items are sold as is. PLEASE EMAIL US WITH QUESTIONS. Please check photos carefully, as that is part of the description. If you purchase one of these lots and feel the item was not accurately pictured/described, contact us within 7 days of receipt of the item to discuss any issues. Additional and close-up photos are available by email. Lot descriptions end with an estimated selling range. The purpose of these estimates is to give the bidder an idea of the expected hammer price of each item. There are no reserves. In Preparing your bids, please double check the lot number and bid amounts.
Your errors will be your responsibility. Bid early, since tie bids will be awarded to the earliest bid received. A 25% buyer?s premium will be added to each winning bid. State sales tax will be added to ALL purchases unless you have a current resale certificate on file. We will be adding shipping and insurance to each invoice. New pricing implemented by the FedEx/USPS changes rapidly by size, so larger items cost will be more. Insurance is figured at $3 per $100 value. Foreign shipments are more expensive.
No purchases will be released by Clark Auctions of Texas without full payment. We reserve the right to hold merchandise until after checks clear from successful bidders not previously known to us. Foreign buyers must pay in US dollars.
Payments by Credit Card and PayPal are subject to a 4% processing fee. Results of this sale will be available to all participating bidders.

If you have not contacted Clark Auctions of Texas to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
