Terms and Conditions General Policy: All sales are conducted on an "AS IS, WHERE IS" basis. No warranties, expressed or implied, are made regarding the items sold. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. This means no refunds or exchanges will be permitted on any winning bids. Disclaimer of Warranties: We, along with the consignor, disclaim any and all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that any merchandise complies with applicable governmental rules, regulations, or ordinances. Lot Descriptions: Written and oral descriptions provided are opinions and should not be considered guarantees regarding authenticity, age, condition, materials, or any other feature of the items. While we strive to catalog items accurately and highlight any defects, we are not responsible for the correctness of any catalog descriptions or other representations. Prospective bidders are encouraged to inspect items of interest before bidding. By placing a bid, you acknowledge that you have either examined the items to your satisfaction or have chosen not to do so. If you require absolute certainty regarding authenticity, we advise seeking expert evaluation before bidding. Reserves: Certain auction items may be offered with reserves. These reserves will not be listed. We reserve the right to sell items below the reserve price if bidding approaches it and may bid on behalf of the seller to meet the reserve price. If a lot does not meet its reserve, it may be passed. Buyer's Premium and Taxes: A buyer's premium of 20% will be added to the hammer price of each lot sold. Florida sales tax of 7% will apply unless the purchaser presents a valid tax-exempt number and a completed exemption form for resale. A blanket exemption certificate with the permit number and signature is required for any tax-exempt sale. Shipping and Handling: Your purchase includes Free Shipping Insurance for orders under $2,000. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery section for more info. All items come with a Free Gift Box/Pouch. Combined shipping is available upon request. A $120 Sizing Fee per item is available upon request. A $150 Fee for a Professional Appraisal per item is available upon request. All payment transactions should be received within 5 business days. Accepted payment methods include Credit Card, PayPal, and Wire Transfer. Items will ship within 15 business days after payment has been received. Please note that we do not ship items over the weekend, and all shipments require signature confirmation upon receipt. Shipping Fees: INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: $45.00 - UPS/FEDEX 2nd Business Day Domestic Shipping $99.00 - FEDEX/DHL - All International shipments All international shipments will be delivered via FEDEX/DHL. We do NOT ship to P.O. Boxes. International shipments can take from 1-4 weeks due to the customs process. Custom Duty: International customers are responsible for any local custom duty charges. Please check your country?s rules and regulations for custom charges. IMPORTANT: We do not lower the value on any package(s). We do not mark items as "gifts." Note: Please DO NOT reroute or change the address of shipment once the package has been sent out; it will VOID the coverage, and we are not liable if the package gets lost. Terms Regarding Property: All property is sold as is, and all statements contained in the auction description or elsewhere are qualified statements of opinion and not implied representation or warranty by us. Our items are antique and estate pieces. Most of our merchandise is consigned from private clients and therefore sold "as is." There may be some degree of wear and tear and discoloration; only significant blemishes or flaws are listed (e.g., metal may need polishing or cleaning, watches may need repairs). The absence of reference to the condition of property does not imply perfect or imperfect condition. All weights and measurements are approximate unless otherwise stated by gemology certificates presented in the auction, and each inventory item is carefully inspected. Appraisals: Our appraisal document, which accompanies items if mentioned in the listing, is provided for replacement purposes. In regards to valuation reports and appraised value, each report is meant only to estimate the approximate current MSRP retail asking price and/or replacement value of the item in the highest consumer retail market. The issuer and its employees hold no responsibility for the accuracy of MSRP listings. Returns and Cancellations: We do not accept any returns unless the item has been grossly misrepresented. We only accept cancellation requests if there is an error in the listing. Bidding Rights: Unless otherwise stated, consignors retain the right to bid through the auctioneer as agents for their own consignments. The auctioneer has the final discretion regarding the sale of any item. Bidding Disputes: In the event of a bidding dispute, the auctioneer has sole discretion to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer the disputed lot. The auctioneer may refuse any bid, divide or combine lots, and withdraw lots from the auction. Autopay: If payment arrangements have not been made within three days of the invoice being sent, we will charge the credit card used for registration for the total amount due. By participating in this auction, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

If you have not contacted Dover Jewelry to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
