Terms & Conditions All lots will be offered and sold subject to this Conditions of Sale as well as any Glossary and posted announcements. By bidding at auction, bidders are bound by those Conditions and Glossary, as amended by any announcements or posted notices, which together form the contract of sale between the successful bidder (buyer), Novartia (auctioneer), and the consignor (seller) of the lot. Description or photographs of lots are not warranties and each lot is sold "as is" in accordance with the Conditions of Sale.Condition of Lots: All properties are sold "as is" "where is". All sales are final. Condition reports in auction catalog are not guaranteed and may vary in accuracy. It is the responsibility of prospective bidders to inspect the property. All condition reports, measurements, opinion of values, age and quality are offered by Novartia but are not guaranteed. Neither the auction house, nor the consignor, is responsible for the accuracy of printed or verbal descriptions or its authenticity. All items will be available for online inspection prior to sale. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to carefully inspect and determine condition, age, value, and any other determinative factor.We do not guarantee or warranty clocks. All weights and measurements are approximate. Artist's names, signatures do not carry warranty and are not guaranteed unless Certificate of Authenticity accompanies lot. Provenance will be provided when available but is not guaranteed.Novartia Auctions and its representatives do not claim any expertise. Any condition statement is given as a courtesy to a client; it is only an opinion and should not be treated as a statement of fact. Novartia Auction shall have no responsibility for any error or omission. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of aging. Frames on artwork are not included as part of purchase or condition.If the buyer never paid we can require the buyer to pay non-payment fees: 25% final price. Buyers are not obligated to accept our packing/shipping service and are welcome to make other arrangements if desired. All bids are subject to a non-refundable 22% buyer's premium which shall be added to a successfully placed bid upon sale of each lot, any applicable local sales tax, and shipping and handling. Any bidder that represents a purchaser is personally and individually responsible for any obligations of the purchaser set forth in these terms and conditions, bidder cards may be charged 4 days after an invoice has been sent. A limit of 1000 euro is applied to all credit card transactions, invoices above need to be settled via bank transfer only. Bitcoin and Ethereum accepted In the event of a NON PAYING bidder we reserve the right to send to collection the invoice, in any case such as this the bidder will be responsible for all legal fees, additional collection fees charged by the collector and the collection agency fees. The agency hired will work diligently to collect all these funds. This may affect your credit rating. Shipping: Novartia offers IN-HOUSE shipping. All property is to be packed, shipped or transported at the risk and expense of the purchaser. if you require insurance please inquire. Invoices will be adjusted with shipping charges if purchaser chooses in-house shipping.
