Welcome to an auction by Caring Transitions of the Wasatch Front. By participating in our auctions, all bidders agree to the following terms and conditions: Item Condition All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no guarantees or warranties implied. It is the bidder's responsibility to request a detailed condition report for any item up to 48 hours prior to the auction's closing. No claims or returns will be accepted after the sale, unless explicitly stated by Caring Transitions of the Wasatch Front. Buyer's Premium A 18% buyer's premium will be added to the price for all items. This amount is non-negotiable and will be included in the final invoice. Caring Transitions of the Wasatch Front will absorb the 3% card fee but a local tax of 8% will be added or Livepayments may use the bidders location for individual tax rates. Returns and Refunds All sales are final. No returns or refunds will be issued unless otherwise specified by Caring Transitions of the Wasatch Front. Privacy Policy Caring Transitions of the Wasatch Front respects your privacy. We do not sell or share your personal information. You will only be contacted regarding your auction participation or future auctions. By participating, you agree to be added to our contact list for future sales. Rest assured, we will not send unsolicited spam or sell your information to third parties. If you have not contacted Caring Transitions Wasatch Front to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
