Buyer's Premium and Payments:
- A 15% buyer?s premium plus credit card fees will be applied to all online purchases. All registered online bidders must complete payments through LiveAuctioneers? payment system?no exceptions.
- Your online bid is a legally binding contract.
Bidding Process:
- This auction is exclusively for online bidding.
- The highest bidder, upon bid verification, will be declared the purchaser.
- Bids cannot be retracted. In case of a dispute between bidders, the auctioneer may, at their discretion, reoffer the lot or resell it to the highest bidder.
- By placing a bid, bidders agree to the Terms of Sale and accept the item as-is.
- The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any lot prior to its sale and may reject any bid that is deemed insufficient or inappropriate.
- Lots may be consolidated or divided at the auctioneer?s discretion.
Responsibility and Liability:
- BlueChip Auctions assumes no liability once a bid is accepted. Purchasers are advised to arrange insurance and pick-up or delivery in advance. Items must be collected or shipping arrangements made promptly after the auction?items will not be held.
- All items are sold ?As Is, Where Is.? No warranties or guarantees are offered, and all sales are final. Buyers should inspect items beforehand, either in person or via online preview.
- Attendance at the auction or preview is at the attendee?s own risk. BlueChip Auctions assumes no liability for the safety of those on the premises.
Sales Tax:
- Sales tax will be added to the purchase price for California residents unless a valid tax exemption certificate is provided through LiveAuctioneers.
Possession and Payment:
- Purchasers do not gain possession of items until payment is made in full. Failure to pay within the specified time may result in resale of the items at the auctioneer?s discretion, with the purchaser responsible for any shortfall, commission, and expenses.
- Purchasers are responsible for the removal of items within the timeframe specified by the auctioneer. Proof of insurance may be required. The purchaser indemnifies the auctioneer and consignor against damages arising from removal.
- Items not removed within the prescribed time will be considered abandoned and may be resold to cover storage or service charges.
Delivery and Storage:
- BlueChip Auctions? sole liability in the event of being unable to deliver any awarded lot is a refund of the purchase price. Purchasers must remove their items within the specified time.
- In-house shipping is available as a courtesy, with charges for packaging materials applied. Shipping requests must be made before bidding; otherwise, items must be picked up on the auction day. Shipping is at the purchaser?s risk and expense.
- BlueChip Auctions will not be responsible for shipping costs or insurance. Items not picked up within 12 days will be forfeited and sold for storage.
- Shipping may take up to 2 weeks after payment is received. If items are not removed within 30 days after the auction, ownership will revert to BlueChip Auctions, and no refunds will be given.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable. Any loss or damage during shipment is the buyer?s responsibility, and claims should be filed with the shipper. Claims cannot exceed the hammer price, excluding the buyer?s premium.

If you have not contacted BlueChip Auctions LLC to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
