If a bid is not retracted or canceled prior to auction then the buyer is responsible for the transaction. 6. A 25% buyer's premium will be added to the sale of each lot. Use of Proxibid.com allows bidders to enter bids at any time prior to the start of the auction, and 'live,' that is, as property is offered for sale, just as if the bidder is present at the sale. 9. Bidders must register with Proxibid.com to participate in online bidding. 10. All bidders are subject to approval by MEADOW LANE AUCTIONS before bidding in our auctions. 11. Purchaser is responsible for all costs of shipping and making arrangements. MEADOW LANE AUCTIONS will process shipping once buyer has completed payment. 12. In-house shipping is offered via USPS Mail with tracking, insurance, and signature required for higher value items. Local pickup is also available in Glenview, IL. The address will be provided to the winning bidders on their invoice. SELF-ARRANGED SHIPPING may be necessary for some items and will be indicated in the item description. 13.
