If you bid and win, you have a legal obligation to purchase and pay for the item that you have won. The winning bidder is the highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer. In the event of a dispute, the decision of the auctioneer is final in all regards. Buyer?s Premium, Sales Tax & Reserve Each lot sold in our auction is subject to a twenty percent (20%) Buyer?s Premium in addition to any sales tax, if legally required. All auctions may contain a Reserve on an item being auctioned. If the reserve is not met on the item, the lot will be ?passed?, which is not sold. Estimates and Reserves are not a guarantee of value or resale value. Condition and Authenticity All items being offered have been described and photographed as accurately as possible. Please carefully refer to the photograph and description to determine quality, condition, size, grading, hallmarks and makers marks. ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you have not contacted Hammer Time Auctions to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
