By registering to bid and participating in this auction, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms:
1. Binding Agreement
Placing a bid constitutes a legally binding contract. If you are the winning bidder, you agree to complete the purchase in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and the invoice issued.
2. Reserve Auction
This is a reserve auction. Items will only be sold if the reserve price is met. Pop Culture Hobbies LLC reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to withdraw any item at any time before the close of bidding.
3. Buyer?s Premium
A 15% buyer?s premium will be added to the hammer price of all winning bids. This premium is non-negotiable and will be reflected in your final invoice.
4. Shipping Policy
Local pickup is not available. All items will be shipped to the winning bidder.
In-house shipping is often more cost-effective and will be quoted upon request.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. Tracking will be provided when available.
5. Item Descriptions & Condition
All items are sold as-is, where-is with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied.
Descriptions and images are provided for informational purposes only and are based on our best knowledge.
It is the bidder?s responsibility to inspect items and ask questions prior to bidding. No refunds or returns will be accepted. Item weight included in the descriptions is used for shipping calculations and may not be the item's actual weight.
6. Payment Terms
Payment is due within 5 calendar days of the auction?s close. Accepted payment methods will be detailed on your invoice.
7. Disputes & Liability
Pop Culture Hobbies LLC is not responsible for errors, delays, or technical issues related to the auction platform. Any disputes shall be resolved at the sole discretion of the auctioneer, and all decisions are final.
8. Governing Law
This auction is conducted in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio. Any legal action arising from this auction shall be filed in a court of competent jurisdiction in Ohio.

If you have not contacted Pop Culture Hobbies to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
