By registering to bid and/or placing a bid at this auction, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
1. Auctioneer?s Rights
The auctioneer reserves the right to determine the order of the sale, withdraw any item, or group multiple lots.
The auctioneer has the sole discretion to settle any disputes and to refuse bids that do not meet the reserve price or auction terms.
2. Bidding Process
This is a live auction. All bids are placed in real-time either in person or online via LiveAuctioneers.
Absentee bids and phone bids may be accepted at the discretion of the auctioneer.
The auctioneer?s decision is final in the case of a bidding dispute.
Internet bidders are responsible for ensuring they have a stable connection throughout the auction.
3. Buyer's Premium
A buyer?s premium of 10% will be added to the hammer price of each lot and is payable by the buyer as part of the total purchase price.
4. Payment Terms
All invoices will be sent the evening of the auction and should pay automatically.
Invoices not paid within the stated timeframe may incur late fees or cancellation of the sale.
5. Condition and Descriptions
All lots are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied.
Descriptions, photos, and condition reports are provided as a courtesy only and do not replace personal inspection.
Bidders are responsible for satisfying themselves as to the condition, authenticity, and value of each lot before bidding.
6. Pickup & Shipping
Please contact us for local pick up.
Otherwise you are responsible for paying the shipping fee as well.
7. Failure to Comply
Failure to complete payment, provide accurate contact information, or arrange timely pickup/shipping may result in account suspension and/or the item being resold at the buyer?s expense.
Autopay
If you have not contacted Venture Group to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
Sales Tax
