WE SHIP AT VERY REASONABLE RATES USING USPS FLAT RATE PRIORITY MAIL BOXES AND UPS DISCOUNTED SHIPPING. OTHERWISE Shipping is provided by a third party which will be picking up our items after the auction for shipment. Our third party shipper is Postal Pal, their email is mail@postalpal.net and their store number is 618-833-4499. Postal Pal ships for other auctions in our area and we have always had a good response with them. IF your item is being shipped by postal pal, they will generally pick your item up within 1 week of your cleared payment posting and send you a paypal money request for shipping, and or call you. Purcell Auction Gallery is not responsible for damage during shipping, you will need to contact our shipper for any insurance claims. Postal pal will ship to the U.S. as well as internationally. Winning bidders (THAT LIVE IN THE STATE OF KENTUCKY) will be charged Kentucky 6% sales tax on order total, IF YOU DO NOT LIVE IN KENTUCKY YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED SALES TAX. Payment is due within 5 days of auction end, and payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Debit Card, or Paypal. When paying by credit card you must provide the card number, expiration date, number code on back, address and phone number matching the card. Shipments will only be mailed to the address on the corresponding credit card.
