By bidding on this auction, you agree to the following terms: REMOVAL / PICK UP: YOU MUST BRING HELP TO MOVE YOUR LARGE ITEMS. LOON ESTATES STAFF IS NOT AVAILABLE TO HELP LOAD YOUR ITEMS INTO YOUR VEHICLE. Please review the pick-up schedule before bidding to ensure you are available to retrieve your items. Any items not picked up after 14 days of auction close will be considered abandoned and become the property of Loon Estates to be disposed of at their discretion. We are unable to provide boxes, bubble wrap, or other packing materials for your items. Please bring your own materials to ensure the safe transport of your items. FURNITURE & LARGE ITEMS: Winning bidders are responsible for removal and loading of their items. Loon Estates staff are not able to help load or move large items. Bidders are responsible for bringing adequate help to safely remove their items. DISCLOSURE: We do our best to provide accurate pictures and descriptions of items, however all items are sold strictly as is / where is - No Warranties; written, verbal, implied, or otherwise. No refunds, credits, or discounts are offered. Inspecting items before bidding is recommended. - Pick-Up Day is NOT Inspection Day- Photographs are considered part of the item description, please use all information provided to you to assess the value of items before bidding. BUYERS PREMIUM: A 25% buyers premium will with be charged to the winning bidder of each lot. Sales tax applies to the buyers premium amount. SALES TAX: All applicable taxes will be applied to every sale. Completed tax exemption forms can be provided to Loon Estates in person at pick-up, or via email to info@loonestates.com. PAYMENTS: Loon Estates accepts all major credit cards, cash, and wire transfers for payment. Direct wire transfers are required on invoices over $5000. A valid credit card is required to bid. Unpaid invoices will be charged to the credit card on file with LiveAuctioneers 72 hours after invoices are sent. Any items not picked up within 14 days of auction close will be considered abandoned and become the property of Loon Estates to be disposed of at their discretion. SHIPPING POLICY: Loon Estates now offers in house shipping as well as local pickup. However, per the company's discretion, larger or excessively fragile items such as furniture or sculptures or items otherwise beyond our shipping capacity will be passed off to our shipping partners and communication between the customer and shippers will be required in order to arrange shipment. All in-house shipping is done through Shipping Saint. In-house shipping can take up to 3-4 weeks from invoice payment. Any shipping inquiries can be sent to info@loonestates.com.

If you have not contacted Loon Estates to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
