By registering to bid with Laramore Rare Trading Co. (Auctioneer), you agree to the following terms and conditions.
All property is sold as is, where is, without warranty or guarantee of any kind. Descriptions, photos, and condition reports are provided in good faith as an opinion, not a guarantee. Bidders are encouraged to request additional information before bidding, as all sales are final.
The highest bidder acknowledged by the Auctioneer is the buyer. Title passes at the fall of the hammer, subject to payment of the hammer price, buyer's premium (as posted on LiveAuctioneers), and any applicable taxes and fees.
Invoices are issued through LiveAuctioneers at the close of the auction. Shipping charges are calculated through LiveAuctioneers integrated label system once final package weight and dimensions are provided. A $10 handling fee per package applies. If an invoice has been paid prior to shipping being finalized, an adjustment invoice may be issued for accurate shipping costs.
We ship worldwide via UPS and USPS unless freight is required. Insurance is mandatory and calculated on the full invoice amount. When safe, multiple purchases may be combined. Oversized or fragile property requiring freight will be billed separately.
Local pickup is available by appointment and free of charge. While we do not impose strict deadlines, timely pickup arrangements are expected. Items left uncollected without communication may be subject to storage fees.
Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once property has left our possession, whether by carrier or personal pickup. We are not liable for loss, damage, or delays in transit, though we will assist with carrier claims by providing documentation and support.
Payment must be completed before property is released.
Autopay
If you have not contacted Laramore Rare Trading Co. to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
Sales Tax
