Auction Terms:
The highest bid acknowledged by the auctioneer is final.
The auctioneer reserves the right to reject bids, advance bidding at their discretion, and resolve any disputes between bidders.
Any disputes after the sale will be resolved based on Marek Roik Auctioneer's official transaction records.
No item will be removed until full payment has been received.
Auction registration is subject to approval and may require identity verification.

We strongly encourage bidders to review items carefully before placing bids.
Bid Rigging & Ownership Reversion:
Bid rigging is strictly prohibited. Any suspected collusion will be reported to the auction platform and, if necessary, legal authorities.
If items are not picked up or shipping invoices remain unpaid within 30 days, ownership reverts to Marek Roik Auctioneer, and any payments made will be retained to cover storage, listing, labor, and administrative costs.

Shipping Terms:
Buyer Pays Shipping Cost
You can pick up your item in person by appointment at 1530 E Algonquin Rd, Arlington Heights.
You may also use Live Auctioneers Shipping.
If you prefer to arrange shipping yourself or have me handle it, please select the option "Bidder Can Make Shipping Arrangements" and send me an email to confirm. Once selected, I will update the invoice with the shipping cost accordingly.

Autopay
If you have not contacted Marek Roik Auctioneer to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
