All items are being bought in "as is" current condition. We will describe each item to the best of our ability, in the buyers favor. Grading: Every person has their own opinion. It is the responsibility of the buyer to examine and grade to their own satisfaction before they bid. ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS ON THE BASIS OF GRADE. Sorry, no checks. Any card use will require a 4.0% fee to cover transaction cost. (including paypal) Shipping: Buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs. Please do NOT send any form of payment until final invoice is sent with shipping totals. We will pack your items with in 5 working days of the auction and submit an invoice to the email given by the buyer. Once item is paid for, item will be shipped with in two working days. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Sullivan & Son Auction or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction.
