All statements regarding an item (whether in a condition report, catalog, or on Circa's website, orally or in writing) are intended as opinions only and do not constitute representations or warranties of any kind. Dimensions and weights are approximate, and descriptions may not account for all faults or restorations. Bidders should rely solely on their personal examination of the item. Circa does not undertake any obligation to examine, investigate, or test items in depth, or at all, to establish the accuracy of descriptions or opinions provided in the catalog or elsewhere. Bidders should not assume that such examinations have occurred. Printed estimates reflect Circa's opinion on behalf of the seller regarding the likely range of the final hammer price. Estimates are not an indication of an item's value and do not include the buyer's premium or other applicable fees. Actual hammer prices may fall below or above the estimate range. Items are offered for sale "as is," with all faults and imperfections. Many items are second-hand and may vary in condition. Illustrations and photographs are provided for identification purposes only and may not accurately reflect color or condition. Buyers are responsible for personally evaluating each item for authenticity, condition, provenance, and suitability before bidding. By participating in a Circa auction, bidders agree to the following terms: Highest Bidder: The highest bidder recognized by the auctioneer is deemed the buyer. Buyer's Premium: A 25% buyer's premium applies to the gross hammer price, in addition to applicable sales tax. Payment: Title transfers only after full payment clears. Payments may include wire transfers, credit card transactions, or cash. Unpaid balances may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by law. Circa accepts bids online and in person. Bidders are solely responsible for errors in their bidding. Identical bids are prioritized based on the order received. The auctioneer's declaration of the winning bidder is final. In the event of disputes or errors, the auctioneer may reoffer the lot at their discretion. Circa reserves the right to withdraw any lot at any time. Buyers must arrange for the pickup of purchased items within ten (10) days. Items not collected within this timeframe may incur storage fees or be deemed abandoned. Packing, handling, and transportation are the buyer's responsibility.

1. Acceptance of Terms. By registering for or placing bids in any Circa auction, you (“Buyer??) confirm that you have read, understood, and accept all current terms and conditions. These may be updated from time to time; your continued bidding constitutes acceptance. 2. Condition of Items (“As Is??). All items are sold strictly “as is,?? with no guarantees or warranties, whether express or implied. Visuals (catalog photos, descriptions, etc.) are for identification only and may not accurately depict condition or appearance. Buyers are responsible for inspecting all lots in detail, including provenance, condition, authenticity, origin, and value. 3. Winning Bid, Buyer’s Premium & Title Transfer. The highest bid accepted by the auctioneer becomes the Buyer’s obligation. The Buyer must pay the hammer price plus a buyer’s premium as specified in the auction materials, plus applicable sales tax. Title transfers only after full payment clears. 4. Item Removal & Storage. Payment and pickup must occur within ten (10) days of the sale, at the Buyer’s cost and risk. Circa is not responsible for items left on-site past that period. Items unclaimed after ten (10) days are subject to storage fees: $25 per lot per day. If items remain uncollected for 21 days, they are considered abandoned and may be resold under Circa’s standard terms. Buyers are responsible for any shortfall between the original price and resale proceeds, plus associated fees and any legal or collection costs. 5. Abandonment Liability. By bidding, the Buyer waives claims against Circa regarding abandoned property (e.g., refund demands or damage claims). Circa does not insure items after the designated pick-up period; any loss or damage is the Buyer’s responsibility. 6. Auctioneer Disclosure & Legal Compliance. Records of consignments and sales will be maintained for no less than two years. Circa will provide consignors with a sale statement and remit proceeds—less commissions and fees—within 30 working days, unless extended by law. 7. Modifications & Announcements. Announcements made from the auction floor and any revisions to terms posted online take precedence over printed catalogs. 8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution. All interactions are governed by California law. Disputes may be referred to binding arbitration or mediation.
