By registering and bidding in this auction, you agree to all terms listed below. All bidders are responsible for reviewing the full description, photos, and policies before placing any bid. All sales are final.
All items are sold AS IS and WHERE IS. No warranties or guarantees are made regarding condition, age, authenticity, or completeness. Condition reports are provided as a courtesy only and represent our good-faith opinion. It is the bidder?s responsibility to examine all photos and ask questions prior to bidding. Need further details and can not schedule an in person viewing? message us, we are happy to provide additional photos or video.
All bids placed are binding. No bid retractions or cancellations are permitted. In the event of a dispute, the auctioneer has final discretion to determine the winning bidder.
A buyer?s premium of 20% will be added to the hammer price of each lot. Additional fees may be applied by LiveAuctioneers depending on the bidder?s payment method or location.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs unless otherwise stated. Items not picked up or arranged for shipping within 30 days WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED and resold. NO REFUNDS will be considered for abandoned items. The auction house is not responsible for loss or damage once items leave our possession.
All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or chargebacks will be accepted or honored for any reason.
Participation in this auction constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The auction house reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time.
Autopay
If you have not contacted Salon d’Marquis to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
