By placing a bid, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully before proceeding with your bids. 1. Bidding Terms All bids placed are final and binding. Once submitted, bids cannot be retracted or reduced. Winning bidders are legally obligated to purchase the item(s) they have won at the final bid price, plus applicable fees. We reserve the right to reject or refuse any bid at our discretion. 2. Payment & Fees Payment for winning bids is required in full within [2 days] after the auction's close. Accepted payment methods include credit card or other methods specified at checkout. A buyer's premium of 25% and any applicable taxes will be added to the final bid amount. 3. Item Condition and Warranty All items are sold "as is". We make every effort to describe items accurately, but no warranties are provided, whether express or implied. We encourage bidders to review descriptions and ask questions prior to bidding, as returns are generally not accepted. 4. Shipping & Pickup Shipping fees and arrangements are the buyer's responsibility. Items must be collected or arranged for shipping within 7 days of auction completion. If items are not collected within this timeframe, additional fees may apply. Items which are not picked up or shipped within 15 days following the auction, and without prior arrangement, may be re-auctioned or disposed of without refund. 5. Liability and Risk Once the auction ends and payment is completed, items are considered the property of the buyer, and the risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer. We are not liable for delays, damage, or losses incurred during shipping. 6. Cancellations & Disputes In case of non-payment or non-compliance with these terms, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and restrict the buyer from future auctions. Disputes regarding the auction process or purchases will be handled in accordance with our policies and, if necessary, in a court of competent jurisdiction. 7. Privacy Policy By participating in this auction, you consent to the use of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. 8. Amendments We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

If you have not contacted Vintissimo Auctions to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
