Terms of Purchase and Authenticity Condition and Disclosure: All known defects and the current condition of the item have been fully disclosed. It is the buyer?s responsibility to thoroughly review all images and descriptions provided. The gallery assumes no liability for claims regarding the item's condition after the sale is finalized. Authenticity Guarantee: The gallery guarantees the authenticity of all artworks. Verification Period: The buyer is granted a 45-day period from the date of purchase to independently verify the authenticity of the piece. Finality of Sale: Once this 45-day window has passed, the gallery will no longer accept any inquiries or claims regarding the authenticity of the item. Approved payment methods: Credit cards (with addition of 2.5% on the total) . ALL SALES ARE FINAL, there are NO REFUNDS and NO RETURNS. No statement, written or oral, made by the Company prior to or during the sale shall be deemed to express any warranty, representation, or assumption of responsibility/liability by the Company or any seller represented by the Company. As used herein the term "bid price" means the price at which a lot is knocked down to the purchaser and the term "purchase price" means the aggregate of (a) the bid price (b) a buyer's premium of (25%). The auctioneer is the sole judge in the event of a disputed bid. The auctioneer may reopen bidding at his discretion either to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer and resell the lot in dispute. The company reserves the right to reject a bid from any bidder. The highest/successful bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the purchaser and thereupon assumes full risk and responsibility and will pay full purchase price for the said lot. If any dispute arises after the sale, the Company's sales records shall be conclusive in all respects. If an item is withdrawn from the auction, it will be offered again only at the auctioneer's discretion. In the event that the buyer of any lot fails to pay the purchase price thereof when due, the Company shall have the option, at its sole discretion, to (a) enforce payment by civil action or other proceedings against the buyer; (b) to void the sale as if said sale had not occurred; or (c) to exercise any other remedy or remedies available under law, including but not limited to a second sale of said item, including the subsequent enforcement of any deficiency against the initial buyer. Payment must be made within 7 business days of the auction. The buyer must contact The Bidder auctions ltd WITHIN 7 business days from the end of the auction by phone or email, to give payment information. Absolutely no items may be shipped without a paid invoice. The purchaser should arrange for items pickup within 30 days of the day of the auction.The Gallery can assist the customer in shipping item to an address provided by him/her, after he/she has paid for the shipping fees and the item. The Company is not liable for any damage to items after they have been sold. A storage fee of $5 per day, per item, will be assessed for any items remaining in the custody of the Company by the close of the sale of 30 days following the auction. Bidding through Liveauctioneers is a service provided by The Bidder Auction house. Under no circumstances The Auction house will be responsible for technical or internet connection problems. Bidding on an item indicates your understanding and acceptance of the Buyer's Conditions of Sale. Shipping: Buyer will be responsible for the payment of all the shipping costs - costs varies according to weight, destination, shipping method and packaging materials. The responsibility for the shipments is on the shipping company, including any case where the items arrived damaged or the loss of the package. In the case of an item that arrived damaged, the buyer must fill out a damage report in accordance with the nearby post office and send a copy to the auction house and we will deal with this as soon as possible with the shipping company. Please note that the responsibility for a damage refund is subject to the official report and decision provided by the shipping company. Should the client prefer to handle the shipment independently and work with their own shipping company, they will only be charged for the packing materials. Shipping notes: Dear Buyers!
