The sales price is the price recorded by the clerk on the clerking sheet at the time of the sale. If you question this price, we will endeavor to check with the clerk and the auctioneer. However, if they don't recall the item or a difference in price, the price on the clerking sheet shall stand and you are expected to pay for the item. Air Works Auction Owners, employees and associates including sub-contractors are not responsible for or liable for accidents causing personal harm or damage to the items of the seller or buyer, or for damages to personnel or vehicles and trailers on the auction premises including any onsite or offsite parking area, including a fall from slippery conditions. Fraudulent Bidders/Unpaid Invoices: Air Works Consignment Auction LTD reserves the right, and you acknowledge and agree to its exercise of its right, to notify third parties, including law enforcement authorities, credits bureaus, other auction companies and industry regulators and authorities, about Bidders involved with or connected to fraudulent bidding or failure to pay invoices in accordance with these Auction specific terms fully. Liability for Bids: Any bidder, participating on behalf of their employer or acting as agent on behalf of a principal and/or principals, whether bidding, buying, attending, or otherwise, agree that such actions shall constitute sufficient evidence that such Bidder is authorized to bind such employer and/or principal. Air Works Auction reserves the right to hold all individuals bidding personally liable for full payment of all winning bids and all obligations incurred in relation to said winning bid, whether incurred on behalf of their employer or principal or not. All items are sold 'As Is Where Is'. The Air Works Consignment Auction Ltd. acts only as an agent of the seller and assumes no responsibility for seller statements. All items sell as is where is with no warranties or guarantees. Buyers are encouraged to inspect items and equipment before bidding on them as the winning bidder is committing to a legally binding purchase. We have good, trusted sellers and ask the sellers to represent their items in an ethical manner but ask that you understand you are purchasing items and equipment upon your own final inspection and discretion. All items are to be removed from the premises by the purchaser.
