Terms And Conditions
1. Authentication: Mark Lewis Art is committed to maintaining the integrity and authenticity of the items listed for auction. We provide provenance and/or authenticity certificates for artworks.
2. No returns: Please research before bidding! Any disputes must be received in writing within 7 days of the sale.
3. Shipping: Items will not be released to the winning bidder or their agent until payment has been received in full.
4. Payment: Payment is due within seven (3) days of receiving an invoice. Mark Lewis Art accepts payments through Live Auctioneers payment system with Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Non-payment will result in negative feedback, unpaid item strikes, and being added to our no-bid list, which may impact ability to register with other auction houses. The cost of shipping is not grounds for non-payment.
5. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Mark Lewis Art and its employees, agents, affiliates, successors, officers, and directors against any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of or relating to any claim or action based upon your use of Mark Lewis Art or the breach of this Agreement.
6. Item Removal: We may, at our sole discretion, withdraw a lot from any auction at any time prior to or during the sale and shall have no liability to you for our decision to withdraw.

Autopay
If you have not contacted Mark Lewis Art to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
