This shall include, among others, the identity of the creator, the period, culture, source of origin, as the case may be, with which the creation of any property is identified in any publication. If the property is left longer than 30 calendar days, it will be considered abandoned SALES TAX: California State sales tax will be applied to all in house invoices and any online invoices where the bidder resides in California. A completed tax exemption certificate is required at time of registration for all buyers who wish to qualify for tax exemption. Buyer is responsible for payment for all successful bids. Any item not paid for by the deadline may be returned to the sales floor and will be eligible for resale. a. All taxes assessed or imposed by the United States, the State of California, or any other government entity on this transaction will be paid by the buyer direct to the agency due, if applicable. b. Buyers are responsible for the removal of all their purchases. Doyen's LLC does not deliver. RISK OF LOSS: In the event delivery cannot be made because of loss due to fire, theft, or any other reason, Doyen's LLC shall only be liable for the return of any deposits or payments made by the purchaser. BID DISCREPANCIES: In case of any discrepancy, from any source, the auctioneer's record is the official record of the sale. In case of any tie bids, the auctioneer's ruling is final. Doyen's LLC will have sole and absolute discretion to determine who the successful bidder is and/or may withdraw the Lot or re-offer the Lot for sale, in the event of a dispute. BUYER'S PREMIUM: Buyer agrees to pay Doyen's LLC a buyer's premium based on winning bid amounts of 30%. ESTIMATES: Auction price estimates are given on each lot. Estimates should not be relied on as a prediction of the actual selling price or the actual value of any lot. MODIFICATIONS: Doyen's LLC reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any section of these terms and conditions of sale at any time, with or without notice. SHIPPING: Shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. Merchandise will be picked up, packaged or shipped by arrangements made by the buyer. Some property that is sold at auction can be subject to laws governing export from the U.S., such as items that include material from some endangered species. Import restrictions from foreign countries are subject to these same governing laws. Granting of licensing for import or export of goods from local authorities is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Denial or delay of licensing will not constitute cancellation or delay in payment for the total purchase price of these lots.
