After you pay your invoice, the shipping company will contact you with details about your shipment. Please note that shipping costs are separate from your invoice total, and Bearistry Auction House does not handle in-house shipping. By placing a bid, you agree to these terms.
These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in our online auctions. PLEASE READ THEM BEFORE registering or placing any bids. By participating, YOU AGREE to abide by these Terms.
ELIGIBILITY | You must be at least 18 years old to register and participate in our auctions. All registration information must be accurate and complete. Providing false or incomplete information may result in disqualification.
BIDDING PROCESS | All bids are FINAL and binding. If you win an auction, you are required to complete payment within the specified timeframe. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the item and restriction from future participation.

We strive to provide accurate descriptions, but Bearistry Auction House makes no warranties or guarantees regarding authenticity, origin, age, quality, medium, or provenance. Buyers are encouraged to ask questions or request additional information prior to bidding. THE BUYER ASSUMES FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ASSESSING THE VALUE AND CONDITION OF ITEMS.
PAYMENTS AND FINALITY | Payments must be made within the designated timeframe using the methods specified in the auction details. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Returns or refunds will not be accepted under any circumstances.
LIABILITY | Bearistry Auction House is not liable for any damages, disputes, or issues arising from your participation in the auction or the use of purchased items. We are not responsible for technical issues, interruptions, or errors during the auction process. In the event of modification, suspension, or termination of an auction, our liability is limited to refunding registration or bidder fees, if applicable. Bearistry Auction House reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any auction at our sole discretion, and any changes will be communicated promptly.
Autopay
If you have not contacted Bearistry to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
Sales Tax
