Kahu Paws Trading Online Auction Terms & Conditions Welcome to Kahu Paws Trading. By registering for and participating in our online auctions, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before placing any bids. --- 1. Registration & Eligibility All bidders must register prior to participating in any auction. By registering, you confirm that: * You are at least 18 years of age * All information provided is accurate and complete * You agree to comply with all auction terms and conditions Kahu Paws Trading reserves the right to approve, deny, or revoke bidder registration at any time. --- 2. Bidding Agreement All bids placed through the platform are legally binding. By placing a bid, you agree to purchase the item if you are the winning bidder. * No bid retractions are permitted * All bids are time-stamped and recorded by the platform * The highest valid bid at auction close will be deemed the winning bid * In the event of a dispute, Kahu Paws Trading?s system records are final --- 3. Bid Increments & Automatic Bidding Bids must follow the posted bid increments. The platform may allow maximum (proxy) bidding, where the system will automatically increase bids on behalf of a bidder up to their set maximum amount. --- 4. Auction Closing & Time All auctions close at the stated time based on the platform?s official clock. Users are responsible for monitoring auction timing. Time displayed on individual devices may vary. Soft Close Rule: Soft close timing and extensions are controlled by the LiveAuctioneers platform. Bidders agree to abide by the platform?s timing rules and automatic extensions as applied during the auction. --- 5. Payment Terms * Payment is due upon receipt of invoice issued by LiveAuctioneers * All bidders are required to have a valid credit card on file Accepted payment methods: Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and wire transfer where appropriate. * If payment is not received within 72 hours, the credit card on file may be automatically charged * Failure to complete payment may result in: o Cancellation of the sale o Suspension or banning of your account o Ineligibility to participate in future auctions --- 6. Buyer's Premium & Taxes A buyer's premium of 18% may be added to the final bid price. Applicable sales tax will be charged in accordance with local laws. --- 7. Shipping ? Buyers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs unless otherwise stated * Items will be shipped within 5 business days after payment is received * Tracking information will be provided when available --- 8. Returns & Refunds All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be issued unless an item has been significantly misrepresented. --- 9. Item Condition & Description All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied. While we strive to provide accurate descriptions and images: * Condition details are based on the best of our knowledge * Buyers are responsible for reviewing all available information before bidding --- 10. Platform Use & Bidding Conduct To maintain a fair and transparent auction environment: * Shill bidding or fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited * Any attempt to manipulate the bidding system is prohibited * Violations may result in account suspension or removal from the platform --- 11. Technical Issues Kahu Paws Trading is not responsible for: * Internet connectivity issues * Platform delays or interruptions * Missed bids due to technical problems In the event of a discrepancy, the platform's recorded data will prevail. We reserve the right to pause, restart, or reschedule auctions if necessary. --- 12. Compliance & Right to Refuse Service Kahu Paws Trading reserves the right to: * Refuse service to any individual at our discretion * Cancel or void any transaction if necessary All auctions and transactions are subject to applicable local, state, and federal laws. --- 13. If you have not contacted Kahu Paws Trading LLC to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
