Conditions of Sale By registering to bid and participating in this auction, bidders agree to be bound by the following Conditions of Sale. All property is offered for sale ?as is,? and while every effort has been made to ensure accuracy, all descriptions, attributions, and condition reports are statements of opinion only. Prospective bidders are encouraged to satisfy themselves as to the condition, authenticity, and suitability of any lot prior to bidding. All sales are final. A buyer?s premium of 20% will be added to the hammer price of each lot and is payable by the buyer as part of the total purchase price. Payment in full, including hammer price, buyer?s premium, and shipping charges, is due within seven (7) days of the auction. We accept payment via Visa and bank/wire transfer. In the event of non-payment within the specified period, we reserve the right to cancel the sale, reoffer the lot, and/or pursue any remedies available under applicable law. Shipping arrangements will be handled by us to ensure secure and professional dispatch. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Buyers are solely responsible for complying with all applicable import, export, and customs regulations in their respective jurisdictions. Any duties, taxes, or additional charges incurred are the responsibility of the buyer. We strongly advise bidders to familiarize themselves with relevant laws prior to bidding. By placing a bid, the bidder acknowledges acceptance of these Conditions of Sale and enters into a legally binding agreement.
