All items are sold as is, with return option all items may be returned, no matter the reason, provided the buyer notifies us within 1 day of receiving the item. After notification, the item must be returned within an additional 1 day. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please note that the buyer s premium is non-refundable.

Final Sales All sales are final except for returns as described above. We will make every effort to resolve any issues promptly and fairly.
Registration for Online Bidding We recommend registering at least 48 hours before the auction to allow time for processing and approval.
Invoices & Payment Invoices are emailed within 48 hours after the auction. Buyers are responsible for payment within 7 working days. If you do not receive your invoice, please contact us at info@highendgemsandjewels.com. Late payment may result in restrictions on future bidding.
A 30% buyer's premium will be added to the final hammer price as the auction commission.
Payment Terms & Options Items are released only after full payment. Payment is due within 5 days of receiving the invoice. Late payments beyond 7 days may result in cancellation, re-auction, and a 20% liquidated damages fee.
You will receive a link to pay via credit card or bank transfer, allowing you to choose the method most convenient for you.
Auctioneer Authority All items are sold to the highest approved bidder. The auctioneer has full discretion over disputes, bid acceptance, and item withdrawal. HIGH END GEMS & JEWELS reserves the right to cancel or re-offer any sale.
Transaction Disputes HIGH END GEMS & JEWELS will arbitrate disputes. Buyers remain responsible for shipping and handling costs in case of disputes. Buyer?s premiums are non-refundable.
