All bidders participating via telephone, online platforms, or in-person attendance shall thoroughly review these Auction Terms to understand details including but not limited to: lot descriptions, starting prices, bid increments, auction schedules, deposit requirements, payment methods, delivery arrangements, and precautions. By signing the Bidder Agreement, completing the Bidder Registration Form, obtaining a bidding paddle, or submitting absentee bids, the bidder unconditionally accepts and agrees to abide by all provisions herein, and confirms full awareness of the actual condition of the auction lots. This auction is conducted publicly in compliance with commercial practices and applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to correct catalog errors and typographical inaccuracies. Lot descriptions may also be amended in the online catalog prior to the auction. Bidders unable to attend previews in person may request auction-related information via email. Detailed photographic images of each lot are available on our Chinese website: http://www.lidong-auction.com. Bidders may submit absentee bids or participate via the aforementioned website and other online platforms. Bidders must provide verified identity details, email address, phone number, and a maximum hammer price in CNY. Submitted bids shall constitute the bidder's maximum willingness to pay. The final payment amount shall be based on the invoice issued by us. We reserve the right to require bidders to pay deposits as stipulated in the Bidder Agreement. Telephone bidders will be contacted by us prior to the commencement of bidding for their designated lot. However, we cannot guarantee successful telephone connections and recommend participation via our website or alternative methods. English-language telephone bidding services are also available. In-person bidders must present valid identification and deposit payment confirmation to obtain a bidding paddle before the auction begins. The total purchase price includes the hammer price plus a 20% buyer's premium (VAT inclusive). For online real-time bidding platforms (e.g., LiveAuctioneers), additional platform fees may apply per platform policies. Participants may also bid directly via http://www.lidong-auction.com without incurring extra platform fees. The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid. The starting price is the CNY amount listed in the catalog unless a higher absentee bid exists. Bid increments shall follow our published schedule. In cases of identical maximum absentee bids, priority is given to the earliest received bid. Bids below the starting price are generally invalid. All bids and invoices are denominated in CNY and must be settled in CNY. In-person bidders raising their paddles accept the current bid level. Online/telephone bids become binding upon the auctioneer's acknowledgment.Bidders may advance bids per published increments or by larger increments, provided such bids exceed the current highest bid. Bidders are fully responsible for all bids. Once declared the winning bidder, no retraction is permitted. In-person bidders must sign the Transaction Confirmation Form immediately; remote bidders must complete the form promptly per official instructions. Ownership of a lot transfers to the buyer only after full payment. Buyers must collect purchased items promptly. No returns are permitted post-sale. Lots will be stored by the auction house for up to 14 days post-auction, after which risk of loss transfers to the buyer. Lots may only be collected after full payment of the hammer price, buyer?s premium, and other applicable fees. Unless otherwise agreed, in-person buyers must settle payments and collect lots immediately after the auction. Remote buyers will receive a bank-transfer invoice upon purchase, payable in full within 10 days of receipt (including bank charges, if any). Late payments incur penalties as per the Bidder Agreement, and such penalties/damages may be deducted from the deposit. Packaging (if applicable), shipping (if applicable), and insurance costs (if applicable) will be itemized on the invoice at cost. Buyers must collect lots within 14 calendar days of payment. Unclaimed items after this period are deemed abandoned, and we reserve the right to dispose of them.Failure to pay or partial payment constitutes breach of contract. Defaulted lots may be re-auctioned, and the original buyer remains liable for any shortfall and forfeits rights to potential surplus. All lots are available for physical inspection prior to the auction. Detailed condition reports and additional images may be requested via email. Online catalogs provide extensive photographic references. Bidders must review lot descriptions during pre-auction previews and acknowledge full understanding of the lots. Post-sale disputes based on incomplete knowledge are inadmissible unless misrepresentation by the consignor is proven. Buyers identifying material fraud upon collection must refuse acceptance and file a formal claim. Notwithstanding catalog descriptions, we provide no warranties on technical functionality of lots. Validated claims entitle the buyer to a refund of the purchase price and buyer's premium (without interest). Matters not addressed herein shall be governed by the Consignment Agreement and Bidder Agreement.Auction catalogs and supplementary materials are non-official publications, serving solely as previews and introductions. Catalogs contain reference descriptions (e.g., name, dimensions, material, age) and images based on consignor-provided information, which may differ slightly from the actual items. Buyers must rely on the physical lot, and we assume no liability for discrepancies. Disputes arising from participation in our auctions shall be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, parties shall submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in Shanghai Lidong Auction Co., Ltd.'s domicile. The right to interpret these Terms resides exclusively with Shanghai Lidong Auction Co., Ltd.
