By registering to bid and participating in this auction, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms: ***Payment is required within 72 hours*** 1. Binding Agreement Placing a bid constitutes a legally binding contract. If you are the winning bidder, you agree to complete the purchase in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and the invoice issued. 2. Reserve Auction Certain lots may be offered with a reserve price. Unless otherwise noted, the highest bid at auction close will determine the winning bidder. Pop Culture Hobbies LLC reserves the right to reject bids resulting from obvious clerical or technical errors. 3. Buyer's Premium A 15% buyer's premium will be added to the hammer price of all winning bids. This premium is non-negotiable and will be reflected in your final invoice. 4. Shipping Policy Local pickup is not available unless specifically arranged with Pop Culture Hobbies prior to the auction. Most lots are shipped in-house. Orders typically ship within 3 to 5 business days after payment has been received. Shipping charges consist of actual carrier postage, insurance (when applicable), and a $5.00 per-package handling/materials fee. Multiple purchases will be combined whenever practical to minimize shipping costs. 5. Item Descriptions & Condition All property is sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. Descriptions, photographs, and condition estimates represent our opinion only and are provided as a courtesy to bidders. Bidders are encouraged to review all photographs carefully and ask questions before bidding. 6. Payment Terms Payment is due within three (3) calendar days of the auction closing. Unpaid invoices may be cancelled, the buyer reported to Proxibid, and bidding privileges revoked. 7. Disputes & Liability Pop Culture Hobbies LLC is not responsible for errors, delays, or technical issues related to the auction platform. Any disputes shall be resolved at the sole discretion of the auctioneer, and all decisions are final. CGC/CBCS and other graded items are sold in their encapsulated holders. Minor case scuffs or Newton rings are not considered defects. Raw comic grades listed are estimates only and should not be interpreted as third-party grading opinions. All sales are final. Returns will only be considered if Pop Culture Hobbies LLC materially misidentified an item. Differences of opinion regarding grade or condition do not constitute grounds for return. 8. Governing Law This auction is conducted in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio. Any legal action arising from this auction shall be filed in a court of competent jurisdiction in Ohio.
