2 Broke Friends Auction Terms and Conditions of Sale - By registering and bidding, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions below. 1. Registration & Bidding 1.1 Registration: All bidders must register with 2 Broke Friends Auctions or through an approved online platform before placing any bids. 2 Broke Friends reserves the right to approve or reject any registration at its sole discretion. 1.2 Bidders must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements. 1.3 By placing a bid, the bidder agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and acknowledges that all sales are final and made on an "AS-IS" basis without warranty or guarantee of any kind. It is solely the buyer's responsibility to research, preview, and verify the condition of any item before bidding. 1.4 In the event of a tied bid, 2 Broke Friends reserves the sole and absolute right to determine the winning bid at its discretion. This decision shall be final and binding, and bidders waive any claims or disputes arising from such determination. 1.5 2 Broke Friends reserves the right to withdraw any property before the sale or reject any bid at its discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, prior non-payment history, or failure to meet financial requirements. 1.6 No bid may be retracted under any circumstances, including financial difficulties. Failure to complete a purchase may result in legal action and a permanent ban. 2 Broke Friends reserves the right to disclose banned bidders to other auction houses or online platforms to prevent further fraudulent activity. 1.7 All bidding and payments are in US Dollars. 2. Buyer's Premium & Payment THERE IS A 18% BUYER'S PREMIUM ON THIS SALE. 2.2 Sales Tax: Applicable state and local sales tax will be charged unless the buyer provides a valid Sales Tax Certificate prior to invoicing. The name and details on the sales tax certificate must exactly match the buyer's registered information used for the purchase. No exceptions. Sales Tax will be charged according to the rates where you have items shipped. Standard rate in TX where we are located is 8.25% 2.3 Accepted Payment Methods: 2 Broke Friends accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. 2.4 If you have not contacted 2 Broke Friends to arrange payment within 72 hours of the end of the sale and receiving your invoice, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice. 3. Property Title, Description, Condition & Authenticity 3.1 "AS-IS" SALES: ALL LOTS ARE SOLD AS-IS, WHERE-IS, WITH ALL FAULTS. 2 Broke Friends makes no warranties regarding authenticity, attribution, provenance, condition, or merchantability. 3.2 Photographs, Descriptions & Measurements: Images and descriptions are for reference only and do not guarantee accuracy. Variations in color or condition may not be grounds for return. All weights and measurements provided by 2 Broke Friends are approximate and are not guaranteed to be exact. Buyers are responsible for verifying the dimensions and weight of items before bidding. 4. Shipping 4.1 Shipping Responsibility: Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs, including packing, insurance, and handling fees. All shipping for items purchased from 2 Broke Friends is handled through LiveShipping. Local pick up is available.

If you have not contacted 2 Broke Friends to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
