Right of Withdrawal and Return (14 Days) Pursuant to the Consumer Code, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 working days (or calendar days, depending on the specific commercial application) from the day on which the Customer or a designated third party other than the carrier acquires physical possession of the goods. 1. Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must meet the following conditions: Integrity of the product: The product must be intact, unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging complete with all its parts (including packaging, manuals, accessories, labels, and tags). 2. Return Request Procedure To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform the Company of their decision by means of an explicit statement (e.g., by sending an email to customer service or via the dedicated section on the website) before the 14-day period expires. 3. Shipping and Return Costs The goods must be returned at the Customer's expense (unless otherwise indicated by promotional messages or product defects) to the address provided by customer service. The Customer is responsible for returning the goods until they are received at our warehouse; therefore, we recommend using a traceable shipping method. 4. Refund Once the goods have been received and their integrity verified, the Company will refund the Customer for all payments made, excluding the initial shipping costs (if applicable), within 14 days of being informed of the decision to withdraw. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
