A bidder is deemed to have accepted an item when making a bid. Autographed items are displayed with accurate photographs and descriptions including the certificate of authentication provided. The auction house is not responsible for cross over 3rd party authentications. All items are as is where is and we do not off returns The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any lot at any time prior to the time of sale of such lot. The auctioneer reserves the right not to accept any bid which is only a partial advance over the preceding bid. The auctioneer may break down or consolidate any lot or lots at his sole discretion. All costs and responsibilities of removal shall be borne by the purchaser/bidder within the time prescribed by the auctioneer. The purchaser/bidder herby indemnifies the auctioneer and the vendor against any and all damages arising from the dismantling and removal of any lots. Any lots not removed within the perscribed time shall be deemed as abandoned. The auctioneer shall have the right to resell or dispose of such items in whatever manner hes sees fit without notice to the purchaser. If for any reason, Great Canadian is unable to deliver any or all of an awarded lot or title thereof, the sole liability of Canuck Auctions shall be the refund of any monies paid on the lot. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to remove their items within the prescribed time. Canuck Auctions will NOT provide any delivery or transport of any nature for auction items. The auction runs and ends on Monday. Pick up times are on the following Wednesday Thursday between 12:00 and 6:00pm when bidding for an item that has quantity greater than 1, if you are successfull, you will receive one of the grouping, not necessarily the first lot.
