Items are available for viewing online & in-house at least one week prior to the start of the auction. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinant factor. WW2GV LLC will attempt to describe the merchandise to the best of our ability in advertising, on the Internet, and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event will WW2GC LLC be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.
Bidders who bid from off site and are not present to preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value, or any other determinant factor. WW2GC LLC shall endeavor to describe or photograph in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Online buyers are free to call up to 24 hours prior to the start of the auction to ask questions.
All accounts must be settled at the conclusion of the auction.
Unlike other auction houses, you do have the right to return any item, for any reason if not satisfied with it within 7 days after the receipt of the item.
Autopay
If you have not contacted WW2GC LLC to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
Sales Tax
