Two-Session Veterans' Day Auction

Session One of this two-session estate auction features a diverse range of antique furniture/accessories, artwork, orientalia, silver, American Indian artifacts, plus the signage from the Mt. Tom Ski Area and Summerslide. This historic Western Massachusetts attraction closed in 1998. Over 60 signs will be sold, the proceeds benefiting the Sisters of Saint Joseph, Mont Marie, Holyoke,Ma. After 209 cataloged lots have been sold, Session One will conclude with an additional 250 uncataloged/ unphotographed lots including several antique mahogany and cherry gate-leg tables, 1 and 2 drawer stands, sets of stencil-decorated chairs, carved Victorian chairs, walnut Victorian what- not shelves, Victorian marble top stands, mahogany Paine Furniture Co. dining room set, inlaid Federal style swing-leg card table, mahogany Chippendale-style lowboy, mahogany Chippendale-style birdcage tip table with piecrust top, upholstered wing chairs, large Anglo-Indian oriental rug, oriental scatter rugs, copper bail-handled caldrons, other brass and copper hollow ware, brass bed warmers(6), brass and iron andirons, brass fireplace fenders and fire tools, hearth iron, Victorian glassware/china , 30+ Baccarat sulfide paperweights (to be sold in 2 lots), and much more.
