CONDITIONS OF SALE
Lots are sold without guaranties or recourse and « as is
». The Fine Art auctioneer's decisions are final (all
informations are approximate). Items purchased at the
auction must be paid for immediately. A charge of
23% over and above the hammer price, as well as
taxes (when applicable) are added to all lots purchased
at the auction.
ABSENTEE BIDS
The Fine Art auctioneer and the experts will be
pleased to execute absentee bids free of charge for
those who are unable to attend the auction. Bids may
be placed by mail, Internet, telephone or fax, before
6pm, the day of the auction, please.

Important Sale Information
Please note that the sale will start promptly at 10am in Montreal 7am, Vancouver 3pm, London 4pm, Paris 10pm, Beijing 11pm, Tokyo. About 60 lots are auctioned per hour. Please make sure to be ready at least 10 minutes before the lot you are interested in.
