Auction Zero Terms & Conditions of Buying Payment Auction Zero accepts payments by bank transfer and Credit/Debit Cards. If settling an account by bank transfer all bank charges or fees must be paid by the buyer. All money must be cleared in Auction Zero's account before any goods are shipped. Please pay with in one 1 week of the auction. Buyer`s Premium Buyer`s Premium is 20% + VAT Registering to bid In order to be registered and approved by Auction Zero to take part in and bid in any auction bidders must have registered their name and address with Liveauctioneers.com Approval to bid is at the discretion of Auction Zero and our bidding partners. Absentee bidding and telephone bidding will require you to register with Auction Zero credit or debit card details for security. These details will be destroyed after the auction/payment is made on winning bid. When booking a telephone line bidders are committing to a bid at the lowest published estimate. Where Buyers have provided credit or debit card details for absentee/ telephone bidding and have not contacted Auction Zero within 3 working days after the Auction to make payment arrangements, payment will be charged against the credit/debit card registered. Shipping Items can be picked up from Auction Zero's office by appointment after the sale. Shipping requirements can vary from lot to lot, so please contact Auction Zero for a quote for shipping costs. Condition of Lots Auction Zero makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of any information given on the condition and age of any Item. However it is essential that bidders satisfy themselves fully as to the condition of any lot. Auction Zero's staff is happy to discuss and assist with this. All Lots are sold as found unless stated otherwise in the description. Condition reports are available via email. Auction Zero staff will answer questions regarding any Lot. Catalogue descriptions may indicate some damage, repair and / or restorations or alterations. This is a guide only and is not a full condition report. Auction Zero will not be held responsible for the condition of any Lot. Items cannot be returned after a lot has been won. By registering with Auction Zero, via any format, to take part in any Auctions, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
