1: As a bidder or buyer, you know that placing a bid or making a purchase on this auction is a binding contract between you and Fuji Arts Inc. Once you place a bid, and if you win, you will be obligated to buy the product at the said price you indicated as your bid. Placing a bid on this auction, winning, then not paying for the product is illegal in most states, and legal remedies may be pursued by Fuji Arts Inc.
2: We reserve the right to withdraw any item at any time before an actual sale closes.
3: We reserve the right to refuse service to any user and to reject bids from any bidder.
4: Payment is due within 10 days after auction closing and must be made by check, money order, credit card, or wire transfer (contact us for details). All invoices will be sent via email on the business day after the auction.
5: The copyright of the text, digital images, and design of this website are the sole property of Fuji Arts Inc. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, republish or download text, digital images or design code from this website or copy this website without prior written consent from the owner of Fuji Arts Inc.

Registrant also agrees that a final judgment in any such action will be conclusive and may be enforced in other jurisdictions by suit on the judgment or in any other manner provided by law.

Taxes
