If any dispute arises between two or more bidders, the auctioneer shall have the sole and final decision to determine the successful bidder or to immediately re-offer and resell the article in dispute. Live phone bids are accepted for the convenience of clients who cannot attend the sale in person. There will be a charge of $15.00 per item. Must be accompanied by a credit card. Wholesalers must provide the auction company with a valid resale permit at the time of the sale or tax will be charged. Unless noted all items have some amount of acceptable wear, scratches, nicks, dings, missing stitches, etc. for their age. All measurements are approximate. All items must be doubled boxed per UPS standards. Paintings with glass cannot be insured. They must be in wood crates. Small items will be shipped USPS.
