Terms of Sale In publishing this catalog Mosby & Co. has tried to accurately describe all items being sold. All items are sold AS IS ? WHERE IS. It is ultimately the bidders? responsibility to judge condition to their satisfaction ? so if you have specific questions, please ask. No statement in this catalog shall be deemed to be a warranty or representation of the items being sold and Mosby & Co. will not assume liability with respect to age, condition, rarity, provenance or historical relevance of items being sold. Any agent under the employ of any bidder is bound by the terms of sale as stated in the catalog and any relevant documents. Title to all merchandise shall pass to the highest bidder at conclusion of bidding. The purchaser is fully responsible once title has been passed. Storage and insurance charges shall accrue at the rate of 2% of the selling price per month after 30 days. All buyers are required to pay Maryland sales tax (6%) unless a COPY of a valid sales tax exemption number and completed tax exemption form are filed with Mosby & Co. If item(s) are shipped out of state by a licensed FCC carrier, i.e. UPS, FedEx, USPS etc., the purchase is exempt from MD sales tax. All shipping is at the expense of the buyer There is a 20% buyers premium on all purchases. Payment may be made by: GOOD CHECK, cash, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, M.O., Western Union, bank wire transfer, or other form deemed acceptable by both parties. For check purchases over $3000.00 a bank letter of credit or other form of financial reference must be presented and approved during bidder registration. Packing and shipping of all purchases can be arranged by Mosby & Co. at the purchasers? expense. It is the discretion of Mosby & Co. to determine if items can be shipped in-house or if a professional shipper must be used. Large items may require special handling and expense. All sales are final
