PAYMENT Payment must be paid in full before property is released to shipper. Payment accepted includes: Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Disc, Amex, PayPal and Check. Checks may be held for the funds to clear before releasing the property. In cases of non-payment, the Auctioneer's right to void the sale does not relieve the bidder from their obligation to pay both seller's and buyer's premium and any damages incurred from loss of sale. Paid items left beyond 45 days become gallery property and will be sold. BUYER'S PREMIUM A 23% Buyer's premium will be in affect and is additional to the hammer or purchase price. All Florida based bidders will be subject to a 7% Florida State sales tax; dealers are exempt from this if they have a valid Florida State Resale Certificate on file with E. M. Wallace Auctions prior to bidding. The absence of condition remarks in the description does not mean the item is in perfect condition; nor is it meant to deceive. You may request a condition report prior to bidding.
