The process at this auction house is very efficient. I purchased, paid for and received my item very quickly. I am very satisfied.

Happy as the whole transaction went very smoothly. My only grouse is that the shipping box that it came in was unnecessarily large; it was the size of a toaster oven when the actual box for the 3 cheese knives was flat and about 8-9 inches long.

I was concerned about my auction item being out of state but the house as all set up how you can easily get your item, small or large, shipped to you with recommended shippers they use daily!:)

The product was as described, friendly, and honest. I had a problem with the shipping company. They damaged an expensive piece of art work. I was devastated. The company helped me file the claim, stayed on top of communication, and was refunded for the purchase. Never would have happened if they weren't professional, efficient, and relentless with the issue. This was my first auction with the company and was very leery of shipping and authenticity of the art work. This company is a gem. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Thank you.
