Staff was great!
I’m a big fan of the artisan whose work I was interested in but I wanted to convert it from a brooch to a pendant. I sent an email to Roland asking for the brooch dimensions and a few more photos. Susan responded quickly and sent me the perfect photos so I could decide on whether to bid on the piece. I bid and won the lot and am thrilled with it.
