Doubling cost of auction won and they do not care!
If you bid and win an item, and it you have it item shipped, as your not likely in the state of go pick up your purchase. You better figure the cost Is going to be 2 c the original cost. Yes you have the buyer fee, then another fee, then tax and an Outlandish shipping fee. It totally becoming. Why even bother with live auctions, shipping need to be posted and pictures of all sides.. the packaging was pathetic and the shipping cost was outrageous. They must have some kid hired that no nothing about prospering packaging and allowing loose item to scratch the item u purchased in auction gets damaged in transit! Honestly I told them the cost is getting near doubling.. I purchased from live auction several times and again the cost to receive some item and tax, and buyers premium and credit card fee and other cost is not acceptable.. recently a won a wood tackle box. Took months to get, purchase price of $250 and close to double. A charge of $131.00 to package and ship.. when I finally got it the shipping company said it should not cost nothing close to this.. also the packaging was pathetic.. Personally I getting reluctant to even partake is live auctions.. and getting your questions answered over all is pathetic. I sure they will not do better and do not care, at least this is the premise i getting from them.. Maybe they have no time as I feel the whole process is becoming.. You can contact me if you like but I highly dought u will.. You may a premium and sorry I expect better, and you need to do better packaging and not some kid packaging.. someone with experience. I can just imagine the shipping money you’re taking in as it does not cost this type of money to ship in number one! And packaging, please give me a brake, I can do better in my sleep.. like I said I bid and raise the value, so there more money in the sold item to pad your pockets and buyers get treated like we second class and complaining.. let’s not bid!!!

An auction house that listens to its buyers
Wish there was more auction houses like this one. I made a phone call great people answered my questions. No hesitation very polite. Wish there was just more auction houses like this one to conduct business for buyers. It would make everybody’s life a lot easier. Some auction houses don’t care this one does five stars if I could give them more I would thank you very much.

Very nice Auction House
I received my winning bid and had no problems with this auction. The item was as described and had plenty of accurate pictures ` that made it easy to bid. I had the item shipped thru Live Auctioneers and it arrived well packaged. The payment process was quick with no problems. I will watch Crafted Auctions again. Thank you!

Thoroughly check items before purchase
Brooch was listed as a Schreiner. Brooch was NOT a Schreiner and I'm not sure why an auction house would state such a thing when the item is not marked!! I only purchased the brooch because of the false listing and I'm extremely unhappy. This was false advertisement and in no way was there an indication that this item was the brand the auction house listed. I will never purchase from this place again!
