This establishment is not an auction house; it is a few people who resell estate finds. The person I spoke to had no idea how to ship the item that I bought. She said it was a local sale and she thought it was ridiculous that a UPS store would pick up the item and ship it. I think that every auction house represented on Live Auctioneers should be vetted. I will be much more careful about bidding in the future.

Pictures were good. When asked for condition (lot 8) "near mint" does not describe areas that had rust. Pick up procesd was delayed. House charged 5 % paypal premium that was rectified finally by you folks.

Person answering the phone did not answer with company name, was rude, lots did not ship until 10 days after auction. I paid my invoice within an hour of receiving it. I was telling family and friends I was afraid it was a scam.

I participated in my first rod with you that I won. The person who sent me mail was not able to define the shipping price, it has risponso to my legitimate questions in a offensive and superficiality. To date after days of waiting I am no subject, and I have not received the payment method. I will continue to participate in future auctions with you but I'm very disappointed.
