Let It Ride

The long period of non live bidding was a waste of time. I thought I was actually bidding on something that was closing, only to see that after that process there was another "live bid" process to add more to the cost and make it more difficult to win. I still have not received the item I bid on, so overall the process needs work to make it bidder friendly for off site bidders

Reporting to BBB and authorities

I have yet to receive a proper invoice from this auction house. I also know others who have paid and have not received their items and its been three weeks. People who were partnered with him say it is possible that if I pay, I won't receive my items. Therefore I am not going to pay as I don't want to lose my money!

In the auction of Oct. 12 I purchased an item. Oct 17 I paid invoice # ********** by PayPal. Since than I sent Nelson 3 chat messages on his Facebook. I sent an email at the address provided on the invoice and I tried to contact them through the Live Auctioneers page. Until today no reaction at all! In a former auction it was also difficult to get contact them and to get my purchased items to Amsterdam. Please can you try to contact them? Thank you ver much. Astrid

I think tis is a scam auction house. Phone number does not work. Address is not a real address. They did not respond to email requests for shipping information. I recently filed a complaint with Paypal to get my money back. We will see how that goes.
