In publishing this catalog Old Barn Auction has endeavored to accurately describe all items being sold but all property herein offered for sale is strictly "as is" and it is the bidder's responsibility whether bidding in person, by mail, phone, or internet to determine exact condition of each item. Any shuch statements are strictly matters of opinion. The auctioneer will be the final judge as to which bidder is the highest bidder. In the event of any dispute in this matter, the auctioneer shall use his own discretion to decide to reopen the bidding or not. Title to all merchandise shall pass to the highest bidder at the fall of the Auctioneer's "Hammer". The purchaser shall assume full risk and responsibility for the lot purchased once title has passed. The buyer must pay Ohio Sales Tax (6%) unless exemption is allowed under the laws regulating such tax. Out of state sale tax number will be accepted. You do not pay Ohio Sales Tax if items are shipped out of state. All accounts are to be settled by the end of sale unless other arrangements have been made. All internet bidders will receive an invoice by Tuesday October 24, and payment to be sent within 15 days from the SALE DATE. Payment may be made by cash or personal check if approval has been established with Old Barn Auction, or a bank authorization guaranteeing personal checks has been submitted. No items removed until paid for. Visa, Discover or MasterCard is accepted with a small processing fee of 3% charged. Old Barn Auction is not responsible for any typographical erros or omissions in this catalog or in the subsequent price key. Photographs in this catalog are of the actual objects being sold but exact condition of the objects offered is their condtion on the day of sale. It is expected that you have examined the items before you purchased them and that as you pick them up, you will re-examine them one last time. If there is a problem, it is expected that you would notify us immediately before leaving the auction facitliy. There will be absolutely NO returns or adjustments mad 30 days after sale date. You may bid by phone, absentee, or live internet bidding. The bids will be given to an experienced bidder in the audience to execute competitively and buy as cheaply as possible. A down payment is not necessary, we will bill you if successful. It is not a foolproof system, but is 100% honest. If you plan to phone bid, please make arrangements during the week. Please don't wait until the day of the sale to send or call in your bids,we would need to have them by Friday. We require 24 hours notice before pickup. Stored items are not covered by our insurance and must be stored at the owners risk. This auction will start at 10:00 AM Eastern Time on October 21, 2006. We will start with lot 1 and go to lot 582. Unlike other eBay auctions in the regular format with a specific start day and time and a specific stop day and time, the LIVE AUCTION proscess is a bit different. Be aware that when our auction session begins on the day indicated, the lots are sold in numeric order at a rate of approximately 90 to 100 lots per hour. As such, if a session only has 500 lots, it will likely be over in approximately 5 hours (no matter what the end time eBay might list). For example, if lot 1 begins at 10 AM Eastern, then lot 100 will fall around 10:45 to 11:15 AM Eastern and so on. Remember, these times are approximate, so if you intend on bidding LIVE, leave yourself some flexibility in either direction to be by your computer at the right time. All invoices will be processed for this auction on Monday, October 23, and will be e-mailed to all successful bidders by Tuesday, October 24. SHIPPING: shipping fees are calculated AFTER the auction. Shipping includes, packing, handling fee, postage, and insurance. We insure all packages for the price you paid for it plus the 15% buyer's premium.
