The Old Barn Auction is proud to announce the auction of an old collection from the East which has been stored in a safe for over 60 years. This gentleman was a friend of George Heye and collected quality material. This auction is scheduled for October 13, 2007 at 10:00 AM EASTERN TIME. There are 10 Birdstones, a 13" Novaculite corner notch from Wisconsin, Double Ended Tube pictured in Morehead's Book "Stone Ornaments", a 16" Jade Celt - New Zealand, some quality flint, pipes, stone and pre-Columbian. It is a sale you don't want to miss! There will be approximately 600 lots for the advance to the beginner collector. We hope that you can join us for this October 2007 Auction. There is a 15% Buyer's Premium for all internet bidding. All items will be laid out on Tuesday, October 9, 2007. If you have questions, or need extra pictures, we will be able to do this starting on Wednesday, October 10, 2007. WE WILL RESPOND TO E-MAILS STARTING ON OCTOBER 10, 2007. INVOICES: Invoices will be e-mailed to all internet bidders by Tuesday, October 16, 2007. WE WILL NOT HAVE INVOICES READY ON SATURDAY OR SUNDAY.
