CONDITION REPORT REQUESTS: Any requests received after 12:00 Noon the day before the start of an Auction may not be answered. Questions cannot and will not be answered once the Auction has started. Lots are sold in numerical order according to the auction catalog at a rate of approximately 90 lots per hour. Absentee bids left on Live Auctioneers are not the same as bids left directly with the auction house. Live Auctioneers bids are executed by a Hartzell's Auction Gallery Inc. staff member from a proxy computer terminal located in the auction room. Other competitive bids may include bidders on the telephone, bidder in the auction room, and absentee bids left with the auctioneer. Therefore, tie bids may occur between Live Auctioneers absentee bidders and other bidders. In such event of a tie bid, the auctioneer has sole discretion to aware the lot to the high bidder of his choosing, most often to the floor bidder.
