BUYER'S PREMIUM: Buyer agrees to pay Doyen's LLC a buyer's premium based on winning bid amounts of 30%. ESTIMATES: Auction price estimates are given on each lot. Estimates should not be relied on as a prediction of the actual selling price or the actual value of any lot. MODIFICATIONS: Doyen's LLC reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any section of these terms and conditions of sale at any time, with or without notice. SHIPPING: Shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. Merchandise will be picked up, packaged or shipped by arrangements made by the buyer. (Merchandise must be removed with 10 days after the auction date) ANY ITEMS NOT REMOVE ARE SUBJECT TO $10 PER DAY PER ITEM STORAGE FEE. Doyen's LLC has the right to sell any items left over 30 days. All invoices are due to be paid with 5 business days. All items are sold and shipped As Is. Upon request, a list of shippers will be provided to buyers for domestic and international shipping. Some property that is sold at auction can be subject to laws governing export from the U.S., such as items that include material from some endangered species. Import restrictions from foreign countries are subject to these same governing laws. Granting of licensing for import or export of goods from local authorities is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
